Piriformis syndrome is a neuromuscular disorder. It occurs when the sciatic nerve is compressed or otherwise irritated by the piriformis muscle causing pain, tingling and numbness in the hip/ buttocks and along the path of the sciatic nerve descending the lower thigh and into the leg. I just wrote that without looking at a textbook.  Impressive, eh? Kidding. That’s from wikipedia.
It’s kind of embarrassing when you claim to be an expert on something (fitness/the body) and you can’t even fix your own problems.  But hey, even therapists have therapists.  Doctors, I assume, go to the doctor.  Barbers see other barbers. Do Trainers have Trainers?
The purpose/benefits of your cardio workouts are: gets your blood pumping lowers your blood pressure strengthens your immune system improves your sleep supports your mental health regulates your blood sugar contributes to a healthy weight gives your brain a boost Weight loss/maintenance is on the list, but not foremost.
So there’s a story about a guy with a squeaky floor.  He tries everything but it won’t stop squeaking.  So he hires a contractor to take a look.  The contractor arrives, walks around, listens to the squeaks, then pulls his hammer and whacks one nail.  Subsequently the squeaking stops.   He bills the guy $500 and the guy complains. Why $500?  You hammered one nail?  The contractor smiles.  That was $1 for the hammering, $499 for knowing which nail. A good Trainer, inn essence, finds the nail.

bring it full circle. Wonder Woman is great. Sit ups suck. I deserve more insta followers and If anyone says chillax while working out at Fit they’re getting chucked. Try me.
