Here are 6 fast Fitness Bullet Points for today’s lightning attention span! :30 seconds of advice that may make a huge difference.

1-Doing Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories).

2-Lifting weights is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism).

3-Food affects your mood. I switched to decaf coffee last month. My anxiety and stress are way down and I’m sleeping the best I have in years.

4-Your gut is filled with millions of bacteria. Eat crappy food and harmful microbiota in your gut will flourish. Symptoms include low grade inflammation, depression and low energy.

5-Eat good food and the good microbiota flourish. These are associated with increased energy, strength, and mental clarity. Eat good, feel better.

6-BTS! Boredom, thirst, and stress are three reasons we over-eat. Wanna shed some pounds? Ask yourself if you’re actually hungry or just B, T, or S before you eat something.If T then drink water. If B or S then work out.
