The Simplest exercise plan.

‘If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing every day.’ I have a new theory: all it takes is five daily exercises to get fit. And you know what that means? It means I’m getting ripped this summer. This is the simplest exercise plan ever. So simple not even I can mess it up.
These exercises are a waste of time

Attention spans these days are like the Easter Bunny. Non existent. I can’t realistically expect you to go to the gym for hours. Too many distractions. So let’s streamline your workout so you get in and out in as quickly as possible; a gym assassin. That means cutting redundant, minimally effective exercises from your routine, and incorporating only those that give you a good return on investment. We’re gonna cut it down to the bone so that we have extra time for Netflix and doom scrolling. These exercises are a waste of time.
The Threat Bucket

Cause and effect works pretty well on the whole. Until it doesn’t. Until you’re left with a result (effect) for which you can’t determine the cause. Example? Pain. From time to time we experience pain, discomfort, illness, symptoms but quite determine the cause? Your back kills, shoulders hurt, can’t sleep, can’t shake a cold, gettin’ headaches; however, you never did anything to deserve that particular pain. Well, it just may be your threat bucket overflowing.

There are only so many hours in a day and a Trainer’s income is limited to how many of those hours they can fill. Trading time for money means scaling is near impossible. So how do you advance your training career? Easy. Become a Fitness Professional.
