Over eating. On Thanksgiving it’s expected; the rest of the year we try not to; but let’s face it: we are over-served everywhere we go. Quantifying food, counting calories, is notoriously difficult and imprecise. How much eating is over eating? How do we know we’ve had enough? How can we stop before it’s too late?
The world is moving and changing fast. It’s impossible to know everything about anything, but if the subject matter is personally important you’ll stay up to date.
