Life is a contact sport.  Day in, day out your body takes a beating. Your muscles, bones, ego; The whole shebang. Today we focus on joints, and on something called arthrokinetic dysfunction (Yes I looked up how to spell that). Arthrokinetic dysfunction, i.e. the arthrokinetic reflex, is a ten cent phrase that I throw out there when I’m wearing my glasses and want to sound smart. It is, above all, a way you can immediately increase strength and flexibility, impress your chiropractor, or Wow your friends at your next get together.
‘If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing every day.’ I have a new theory: all it takes is five daily exercises to get fit. And you know what that means? It means I’m getting ripped this summer. This is the simplest exercise plan ever. So simple not even I can mess it up.  
At the start of 2022 I was 216 lbs and 16% body fat. These were both personal highs. The kind of record you don’t want to set. My pants were fitting snug. Last week I measured 204 and 9%. I changed 3 habits to lose 7% body fat.
